Just sharing a few pictures taken in BOH Sungei Palas's TEA plantation. A nice place to visit.. with a nice scenery.
The buildings on the left side were build for the workers on the plantations. During 1930's when Mr Russells first opened the plantations, many indians and chinese were brought in from their original countries to work here. Now, the workers were brought in from mainly Indonesia as no Malaysian would like to exchange a kilo of tea leaves for 20 sen.
Enjoying ice tea in the cafe..
Enjoying the scenery..
Thanks love for the tea.. and the trip!!!
